No bots, just John – I don’t even use automated messages to give people an instant response on social media – any comms you get is from me.
Its personal to us from start to finish – that’s why I don’t even have a shop online with a ‘buy’ option. I love to find out what a customer wants – make them aware of options that might be better suited to them and get them the product they want that fits the brief. There isnt always an off the shelf option for this work.
Plus it means we can make sure what you need engraving is suitable for the item before you commit on buying.
Hobbies and passions
I also love to support local – I’ll always prioritise working with local business to move through a project or idea. I want to see any money used make its way through our local economy in a circular fashion – not held by a big international company. If I can get the best result on my doorstep – I’m doing it!

I love of American football – I’m the general manager for the royal navy American football team and support the Los Angeles Chargers. In my spare time at home I also volunteer as crew on my local independent lifeboat. I have a deep rooted love for the country side and being outdoors. I feel lost if I’m not near the sea or keeping active outside.
